Sick Day

Now here we are on Wednesday.  The bad mood is gone and everything has settled back down to "normal".  Only one thing, now Drew and Bellamy are both sick.  It's bad when you have a sick child, but add a sick husband on to that and it's even worse!  Luckily Drew was able to stay home, so he kept Bellamy home with him.

As usual, when either of us stay home with Bellamy, we have to send the working parent lots of pictures.  It helps keeps the jealousy down, at least for me!  Anyway, their day went something like this...they started out with doing some laundry...

 then they played with the ring stacker...

  then they read Biscuit (probably more than once!)...

 then Bellamy attempted to help fold the towels, but she got distracted when she found her blanket!

Enter mommy!  Finally I was home and was able to spend some time with my little angel.  So we got her dressed and took her outside for some fresh air.  She's so much fun to watch when she gets to go outside.  When the door opens, she'll start panting like a little puppy and run to the door.  Once she's out in the wide open, she'll take off!  Today she wandered out into the road, which is fine at our house because there is zero traffic!  The only problem is that it's dirt.  So today she tried something new...she ate dirt!  It was like I was watching in slow motion as she picked the clump up off the ground and moved it towards her mouth, all the while my NNNNNNOOOOOO coming out in slow motion as well!  At least she got a kick out of it!
